Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• Free from damage

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team with your order number at info@moroccanwhite.co.uk
2. Pack your items securely in the original packaging
3. Include your order number and name in the package
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our team (please note, all return costs are the buyers responsibility unless otherwise agreed by our team)

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

We're happy to exchange items. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
