For certain larger items, we can arrange hand delivery within central London.

Returns Policy

At Moroccan White, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we offer a ‘no questions asked’ returns policy.

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within this timeframe.

Return Costs:

Returns will be at your own cost, however if the item is damaged or incorrect (e.g. wrong item received), we will cover the return postage expenses.

Refund Process:

When you return an item, we will refund the item's price, excluding the original postage cost. Please note that refunds could take up take 2-3 weeks to process, however most go through
much quicker. This duration allows us to receive your returned item and process the payment,
and gives your bank sufficient time to return the money to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos of your item. We will issue replacements where necessary to ensure that you receive the correct product in perfect condition as soon as possible.
