Damaged items
Although we make every effort to ensure the safe packaging of our goods, there may be instances where accidents happen. If you receive a damaged order, please don't hesitate to inform us within 24 hours of receiving your package by sending an email to info@moroccanwhite.co.uk. We kindly ask that you include photographs of the damage to aid us in initiating a claim with our carriers and providing you with the necessary assistance.
